Debra Cascio Rowe started working for Southern Bell in her junior year of high school and retired in 2004 as a testing technician from Bell South after 36 years of service. She has one daughter, Angela. Debra has always resided in the Cayce/West Columbia area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
